Our newest addition to the family!

Stan (5 years old)

Stan the sulcata tortoise was given to us in winter 2025, and is about 5 years old. While with his previous owners he experienced a dog attack at 2, and some environmental neglect, which is why he is 5 times smaller than he should be at his age. During the time he has been with us, he has been growing and becoming more active, since his needs are now being met! We love Stan!

8/2026 Stan Update: He has been given to a friend with more reptile experience than us and a better setup than we could provide! Stan is thriving now, we are so grateful to have been able to help him!!
